Tailor made

BMS-Travellers will always compose a balance and personal programme together with you based on your wishes. We present you with an appropriate proposal in the form of a trip suggestion. Everything is mentioned in there what we organise for you: a description of departures and return dates, the route, program content per half day, the accommodation types, other desired facilities, the support/guidance types, the available personnel and meals. Sometimes our trip suggestions are more than ten pages long! You see your trip mapped out exactly and you will not encounter any surprises. Not even in terms of price: the final amount is the sum of the costs of the described activities in the itinerary. We can keep adjusting the travel programme until all your wishes are entirely met at no obligation to you.

Our experts are very passionate about Africa: the people, the cultures, the wildlife and the landscapes. We have experienced the greatest wonders of Africa ourselves and we know your travel destinations from own experiences. Also, we travel regularly ourselves, so we can provide you the best possible service and assess which travel best suites you.

Headquarters in The Netherlands

Even though we would really prefer to live somewhere in Africa, our office is located in the Netherlands because we think this is the best option. From here we can use modern communication tools to directly be in touch with all our partners in various countries. The benefit to you is that our trips are covered under the SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden) or Travel C0mpensation Fund and you can simply pay in Euros. No hassle with foreign currency.

Office in Tanzania

To take care of everything in perfection for you, we also have an office in Tanzania. Therefore, you can be assured of a perfectly executed trip.
At the moment we are also busy working for deals and offers with other offices in the country.

Travel Compensation Fund Foundation

BMS-Travellers is a member of TCFF (in Dutch SGR). The SGR guarantee package applies to all trips published on this site. The SGR-guarantee states that the consumer is ensured to be reimbursed his pre-paid trip fees, if the provider cannot meet its expectations due to financial incapacity. If the contract also includes the fare and the destination has already been reached, then the return fare is also included in the package.
