Amalinda Lodge
The Amalinda Lodge is an exclusive safari lodge tucked away in an old shelter of the Bushmen within the limits of Matobo National Park, 45 kiliometer of Bulawayo.
The lodge has 9 thatched cottages that are placed between the huge rocks and all have panoramic views of the Matobo Hills. The Amalinda Lodge has a central area with a library, chess room, a restaurant, a wine cellar in a natural cave, a boma with fireplace, a pool overlooking a waterhole where wild animals come to drink and a spa.
Activities
Activities from Amalinda include safaris on foot or by vehicle. YDuring a short walk you can have a close encounter with the endangered black rhino.
You can also drive to granite hills to step in the footsteps of Cecil John Rhodes and visit his world-famous tombon the "View of the World".
There are also cultural visits to the Matabele offered.
