Coco de Mer Hotel & Black Parrot Suites

The name Coco de Mer is derived from the unique Coco de Mer palm. It boasts fantastic views of the surrounding islands, the wooded mountains and spectacular sunsets. There is a shop, lounge, bar, two swimming pools with sun terraces and a children's pool.

The hotel has 22 standard rooms, 18 superior rooms and 12 Junior Suites (Black Parrot). Standard rooms are located on the elevated portion surrounded by the garden, while the Superior rooms and the Junior Suites are more at sea level.
All rooms have a sitting area with one or two couches, comfortable beds, air conditioning, "in room" bath, separate bathroom, ceventilator, telephone, satellitr TV, tea and coffee facilities, mini refrigerator, safe, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace.

The Hibiscus Restaurant has not only international but also the Creole cuisine to his specialty.  A dance party or barbeque is regularly organized. The Mango Restaurant has a grill by the pool and is open during lunch. There you can enjoy the seafood, sandwiches and light snacks.
The hotel has several bars, including the Coconut Bar Lounge.

Activities

The (water) sports centre offers free wind surfing, canoeing, pedal boating, snorkelling, (table) tennis, squash, mini golf, cycling and fitness. Fees apply for diving or fishing and catamaran cruises. Three times a week is a free shuttle service to the beach of Anse Lazio. At night there is regular entertainment.
