John’s Camp
John’s Camp is a semi-permanent mobile tented camp that is set up on the banks of the Zambezi River in Mana Pools every year.
John's Camp is named after the famous safari guide John Stevens. The comfortable camp has 6 tents in Meru style. All tents have their own bathroom, a bush toilet and a bush shower. The camp also has a spacious open mess tent that is also used as a dining room.
The camp is only open during the Mana Polish safari season, from May to November, after which it is dismantled and rebuilt the following year.
