Machangulo Beach Lodge

The lodge is intimate and secluded, yet just a one-hour boat ride from Maputo.

• 5 Ocean view rooms are perched on the hillside and all have air conditioning and a private wooden deck. They are located a 2-minute walk from the beach, though bare in mind there are quite a nunber of stairs to walk back up.
• The 2 beach villas are set a stone’s throw from the ocean’s edge and consist of two generous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, separated by a large wooden deck with partial sea views.
• The 2 family villas offer two private rooms with en suite bathrooms lead off from an open-plan living area with a lounge, bar, dining area and kitchenette. The double-tiered wooden deck has a private plunge pool and ocean views.

The main building of the Machangulo Beach Lodge includes a large lounge with bar and dining area. Behind the main building is the Boma area where evenings are spent beside the fire. The beach bar, pool and deck are situated near the beach.
