Motswari
Motswari lies in the famous Timbavati Wildreservaat, which is a part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Many wild animals continuously roam around the reserve, making sure the safari activities provide for a lot of excitement.
Mostwari has 15 luxurious bungalows with a splendid view over the environment. The furnishing of the bungalows is romantic and use has been made of natural resources and colours, in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Children from 6 years and over are welcome. For families there are rooms with dividing doors.
A very special detail in this lodge are the artworks made of wood and stone. They can not only be found in the art gallery, but also in the rooms.
The meaning of Motswari "to keep and protect" is always kept in mind during the daily management of the lodge. A stay in this traditional lodge guarantees you an authentic safari experience under guidance from enthusiastic, local rangers. These rangers receive an extensive education where they are taught the science behind the flora and fauna. Twice a day you make a game drive in an open 4x4 safari vehicle, under guidance of one of these rangers.
