Onguma Private Nature Reserve
Located on the eastern side of Etosha, bordering Fisher's Pan. The Onguma private nature reserve covers more than 20,000 hectares and is home to over 30 different species, including kudu, giraffe, eland, oryx, hartebeest, zebra, impala, but also predators such as lion, cheetah and leopard.
The latest addition is a family of black rhinos. Also there are more than 300 bird species in the reserve. In the summer the sanctuary is a paradise for birdwatchers, with thousands of species on their way to the wetlands. Guests can take part in safaris in the reserve or in the Etosha National Park.
