Nuarro
Nuarro is a small and luxury eco-lodge and is situated just under the Quirimbas archipelago, on the peninsula Baixo do Pinda Nanatha to the beautiful Nanatha beach.
It is a unique lodge, built entirely out of natural materials by the local people. Due to the fact that energy comes from the sun and the wind, the term eco-lodge comes into its place.
The 12 chalets are all situated in the dunes on the beach and were constructed from materials directly from its environment. The interior is not lavish, but of locally manufactured materials. The en-suite bathroom has an indoor and outdoor shower and each chalet has a private veranda with lounge chairs and a hammock. Each chalet has a fantastic view over the bay.
On the west side of the beach is a beach bar/restaurant with a large wooden deck and with breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean. The activity centre is also located here.
The fully equipped dive school offers many dive trips and PADI courses for snorkellers, beginners and experience divers.
Besides all the water sports you can also make excursions to a local village, Island of Mozambique, Nacala Port, Lurio Falls and Pemba.
