Offbeat Mara Camp

Offbeat Mara Camp is a small and exclusive tented camp, hidden in a particular wildlife area on the Olare Orok River, away from mass tourism. It offers a traditional safari experience in the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

The camp consists of 6 spacious tents for up to 12 guests. Each tent has a large bed, 24-hour lighting (solar), and en-suite bathroom with the so-called "bucket showers," sink and toilet. During informal dinners in the special tents or around the campfire, you can exchange stories with other guests. You can relax between game drives in the mess tent, furnished with comfortable sofas, a desk, and where you can also find a library with many wildlife books.

Offbeat Mara Camp works closely with the local people. The camp was built with the help of the local Masai. Some of them work now as staff in the camp or guides.
