Azura Quilálea Private Island
The luxurious resort lies in the southern part of the Quirimbas Archipelago on the uninhabited Quilálea Island: only 35 hectares with white sandy beaches, surrounded by the turquoise-blue water of the Indian Ocean.
It can hardly be more romantic... The lodge consists of 9 luxury villas. Each villa is built with local materials, has a private veranda and offers a sea view. The villas (45 m²) are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, and are furnished in Creole style.
It speaks for itself that this lodge is meant to lounge about, but also offers various activities such as scuba diving, skin diving, canoeing or an excursion to Sencar Island.
Furthermore, Quilálea has a pool, a boutique, a cosy bar, a restaurant and a wine cellar with a choice of selected wines. At the unique African Spa, situated on a peninsula of the island with breathtaking views, you can indulge in the treatments offered.
Quilálea Island is Malaria-free because of its unique water system, resulting in no open water on the island.
The fully equipped diving school offers many dive trips and PADI courses for beginners and experienced divers.
