Arathusa Safari Lodge
Arathusa Safari Lodge is located in the northern part of the Sabi Sand Reserve. The lodge is located on the shores of a large lake, where various animals come to drink.
There are 13 suites, 9 of which overlook the well in front of the lodge, 3 of which are located a short distance from the lodge in the bush. Each suite is uniquely designed and has an en-suite shower room, private outdoor shower and veranda. . Amenities include a minibar (stocked with a selection of beverages on request), an electronic safe, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a mosquito net and tea and coffee making facilities.
Each of the 4 secluded suites also has its own private pool, offering guests ultimate privacy.
There are no televisions in the suites. Guests can use Wi-Fi in public areas.
Amenities include a luxurious spa, an open-plan living area, a traditional open-air boma, and a pool with good views of the life around the lake.
Leopards are frequently 'spotted' in the area around Arathusa. You also have a good chance of meeting the other 'members' of the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard) during your safari. The 'lowveld' game, such as the giraffe, zebra, warthog, impala and many other animals, is also abundant in this area and the area is also a paradise for bird watchers.
