Charlie Ruaha
Charlie is a small and mobile ultra-light tented camp, a perfect base for a true walking safari in wild and remote areas.
Charlie seeks out exceptional, remote, and peaceful locations and moves seasonally: the green season in the north, and the dry season in the south and west of Tanzania. Each area has its own unique charm.

It has 4 canvas tents for up to 6 guests, with comfortable field beds and cotton linen. The tents feature removable flysheets and a roof mosquito net, allowing you to watch the stars from your bed on a clear night. Behind the tents are 2 shared bathroom units with bucket showers and simple toilets.
The camp is only available exclusively.
Charlie travels with an experienced guide, an armed scout, and at least 3 staff members, supported by a camp vehicle and a safari vehicle. A light mess tent with tables, chairs, and a campfire completes the setup. There is no mobile coverage or WiFi, but a satellite phone is available for emergencies.
