Each of the 11 luxurious suites and the 3 large family suites are carefully placed at large distances from one another and have a breathtaking view over the lake and the mountains of the mainland. All suites have a living room, a large en-suite bathroom with a waterfall shower, bath and toilet, a beautifully decorated bedroom, a large veranda with a plunge pool, internet access, a desk, iPod with Bose-speakers and leather chairs and couches.
The Livingstone and Stanley Suites are more spacious and have a personal butler, jacuzzi, TV, CD/DVD player, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a diner.

From Lupita Island it is possible to take part in a variety of excursions, such as a helicopter flight to the Kalambo Falls or a visit by boat or by plane to the nearby parks Mahale Mountains and Gombe Stream.
