Parador de Tortosa
Parador de Tortosa is situated in the spectacular 10th century Zuda Castle, overlooking the city from high above, offering a combination of monumental beauty and a charming luxury hotel.
The hotel is located in the Beceite Mountains overlooking the green Ebro Valley and the ancient city of Tortosa. It was originally built by the Moorish King Abderramán III, but over the centuries it has been rebuilt in a Gothic style. The interior is traditionally Christian with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and antique-style wooden furniture.
At Parador de Tortosa you can enjoy comfortable rooms, the breathtaking view from the spacious sun terrace or the seasonal outdoor pool.
For a variety of typical Catalan dishes, head to the hotel restaurant, which is a charming location with beautiful stained glass windows.
