The hotel is located in the north eastern tip of the Msasani peninsula overlooking the Indian Ocean, a short distance from the centre of Dar es Salaam.

The Executive Rooms and -Suites are also equipped with a large plasma TV with 15 satellite channels.

Part of the hotel is the 'African Mall', two-story shopping mall, with a large terrace on the ground floor surrounded by about 15 dining bars, where you can choose from the most diverse and exotic meals.
