Kasane
Kasane lies on the south bank of the mighty Chobe River, close to Africa's 'Four Corners', where four countries almost meet: Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Kasane self is best known for the Chobe River and access to the Chobe National Park.
The best chance of seeing wildlife is during the dry season, between April and November, when the animal come to the river to drink. The first rains fall between November and mid-December. From that moment, it is easier for the animals to dig for water elsewhere in the park and there is less chance of activity on the river.
